The Toronto Mine including the Pulot Mine are both covered by an approved Mineral Production Sharing Agreement (MPSA) with the Philippine Government, which became effective on January 3, 2007, wherein Citinickel as the Contractor has been given the exclusive right to conduct and develop mining operations within the Mineral Property over a period of 25 years commencing from its date of effectivity.
